A once-a-month, bring-your-own-lunch,
brief-afternoon-service, no-evening-service Sunday.
* This is, admittedly, a matter of convenience for those who drive a distance and/or have young families.
* Even more important, it’s about creating some quality time for fellowship during lunch and following the afternoon service.
* It’s also a great opportunity for you to engage in ministry. We ask you to prayerfully consider using the extra night a month for encouragement, edification, or evangelism as God directs you.
Here’s how it works. You bring lunch for your family (and maybe a little extra so you can invite someone else to stay and join you). You are responsible to set up, take down, and clean after using whatever of the church’s facilities and equipment you need. We have a brief, informal service after lunch and be on our way.
